Leg Massage

It's a gentle massage from feet to thigh using medium pressure. 

Leg Massage with foot spa

 Treatment:

 Treatment starts with a quick short foot spa for 10 minutes.

 Front of the legs are done first followed by the back of legs. Foot work including thumb friction between metatarsals and thumb  traction around toe joints. 

Then a gentle massage with medium pressure from foot to thigh using finger and thumb kneading

Finishes off with soothing strokes to the thighs and a gentle effluerage from thighs to feet.
